On September 14th, Morvillo Abramowitz partner Richard F. Albert will take part in a live CLE webinar entitled “Ethical Considerations for Corporate Investigations: Views from All Sides” hosted by the New York City Bar Association. This annual update program will explore current issues and recent developments relating to ethical duties and responsibilities of attorneys conducting internal investigations that involve corporations and other entities.
