NYSBA Committee on White Collar Criminal Litigation

On February 17, 2022, partner Telemachus P. Kasulis will be speaking on a panel for the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on White Collar Criminal Litigation.  Tim and his co-panelist, both former co-chiefs of the Securities and Commodities Fraud Task Force in the Southern District, will discuss the United States v. Blaszczak case, currently pending before the Second Circuit on remand from the Supreme Court, and what it could mean for the future of insider trading and post-Kelly property fraud prosecutions.
