On Monday, March 24, 2014, Morvillo Abramowitz partner Edward Spiro will speak at the New York City Bar Association's "Ethics, Discipline & Real World Obligations" CLE program. Also serving as Program Chair, Mr. Spiro will discuss the ethical and potential disciplinary issues confronting attorneys in everyday litigation practice. Key topics will include: comparison of attorney disciplinary procedures in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and New York State Courts, private conduct and professional discipline, candor and disclosure obligations under Rule 3.3 of New York's Rules of Professional Conduct, and current developments in conflicts of interest.
