Kathleen Cappelli

Kathleen joined the firm in 2015 and serves as the Human Resources Director. She is responsible for administering firm benefits and policies, performance management, employee relations and all aspects of the employee life cycle. Prior to joining the firm, Kathleen held various HR roles in the financial services industry.

Kathleen received her M.S. in Organizational Management & HR Development from Manhattanville College. She received her B.S. from Iona College.
