Elena Syman

Elena Syman joined Morvillo Abramowitz as an associate in 2024.  Prior to joining the firm, she was a law clerk for the Honorable Taryn A. Merkl for the Eastern District of New York.  Elena received her J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2023, where she graduated as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and James Kent Scholar, and where she served as Notes Editor for the Columbia Human Rights Law Review and co-president of the Prison Healthcare Initiative.  She earned her B.A. at Barnard College in 2018, where she graduated cum laude.
