In-house and outside corporate counsel face an ethical minefield.  In a recent webinar, the New York City Bar Association explored a variety of ethical questions through creative hypotheticals relating to privacy rights in the workplace, joint representation of companies and individual employees, disclosure obligations, litigation threats, and sworn statements.  Morvillo Abramowitz partner Catherine M.
