On October 31st, Morvillo Abramowitz partner Robert J. Anello was quoted in a Bloomberg Law article entitled, "Ex-OpenSea Employee’s NFT Handling Runs into DOJ’s ‘Stradivarius’." The article discusses ex-OpenSea employee Nathaniel Chastain's ongoing mail and wire fraud case for allegedly taking NFT's from his employer. Robert described this case as “an ideal illustration of the breadth of the principles of mail and wire fraud.”
