On Monday, July 29, 2013 Partner Robert Anello participated in a segment on Huffington Post Live focused on the expansive concept of corporate criminal liability in the United States and the ways in which the U.S. Department of Justice polices corporate misconduct. In the interview, entitled "Halliburton On Probation" related to the Deepwater Horizon disaster, Robert Anello, along with Professor John C. Coffee of Columbia University and attorney Gerald L. Shargel, addressed the collateral consequences of indicting corporations and the alternative methods used by the government to hold corporations responsible, including Deferred Prosecution Agreements, monitorships, and regulatory actions.
